If you notify the VYBL prior to the divisional draft for that player in which he/she is assigned to a team, you will be refunded your registration in full.  You may email any member of the board your request to have your player removed.  Please include the player's full name, age, and reason for your cancellation.

After each player has been assigned to a team based on the results of each divisional draft, that player will not be awarded a refund or any percentage of their registration fee.
